In order to help achieve the goals of carbon peak and carbon neutrality, and promote the demand for waste disposal and utilization industry generated by the construction of a "Beautiful China", according to the recent issuance of the "Action Plan for Comprehensive Management of Solid Waste" by the General Office of the State Council, it is proposed to build a governance system of "source reduction, process control, end use, and full chain harmless treatment", resolutely curb the growth momentum of solid waste, promote the construction of a Beautiful China, accelerate the comprehensive green transformation of economic and social development, accelerate the development of harmless treatment and utilization technologies for waste incineration fly ash and industrial waste salt, make up for the shortcomings of waste incineration fly ash and waste salt utilization and disposal facilities, and enhance China's research and development capabilities for pollution control and resource utilization of waste incineration fly ash and waste salt. The purpose of this conference is to establish a high-end and professional open communication platform to promote the deep integration of industry, academia, research, application, and jointly explore the latest technological progress, successful cases, and future development trends in the harmless treatment and resource utilization of fly ash and waste salt.   Field Visit and Inspection of Classic Projects for Fly Ash and Waste Salt Resource Utilization
After the conference and exchange meeting, we will organize a bus ride to visit and exchange ideas on the fly ash and waste salt resource utilization projects. Due to limited visiting quotas, each unit is limited to one person to participate. First come, first served.
  Overview of Fly Ash Resource Utilization Project:
Taizhou Shucheng Jinglan Environmental Technology Co., Ltd. is located in Wenling City, Taizhou, and is a demonstration project for the 50000 tons/year fly ash resource utilization project in Wenling City. As an important project in the strategic layout of fly ash resource utilization in Taizhou City, the company is jointly established by Zhejiang Jinglan Environmental Protection Technology Co., Ltd. (referred to as "Jinglan Environmental Science") and Wenling Resource Comprehensive Utilization Co., Ltd. It is another major strategic layout achievement of Zhejiang Jinglan Environmental Protection Technology Co., Ltd. in Taizhou City. This project relies on the technical foundation of the 50000 tons/year National Solid Waste Special Demonstration Project in Huzhou City and the 25000 tons/year Provincial Key Project Demonstration Project in Jiaxing City, which have been completed by Jinglan Environmental Science and Technology. It adopts Jinglan Environmental Science and Technology's EM-4 new generation product design, innovatively integrates the "low-temperature thermal decomposition coupled countercurrent water washing treatment and evaporation salt separation" process technology and equipment, and is equipped with a DCS control system throughout the entire process. Through an adaptive automatic control system for operating parameters, precise process control is achieved, significantly reducing environmental impact while ensuring safe disposal of fly ash. As an important exploration and practice of the full industry chain resource utilization of fly ash disposal, this project will play a key demonstration role in the construction of a "zero waste city" and the achievement of the goal of "zero landfill".
Since 2015, Jinglan Environmental Science and Technology Co., Ltd. has been a pioneer in the development and application demonstration of Low Temperature Thermal Decomposition (LTTD) technology for the low-temperature and low-carbon harmless disposal and resource utilization of municipal solid waste incineration fly ash. Through mechanism research, engineering verification experiments and other technological explorations, the company has finally completed and put into operation the world's first "low-temperature thermal decomposition coupled countercurrent water washing treatment and evaporation salt separation" disposal project, creating a technological path for the harmless disposal of municipal solid waste incineration fly ash with the core characteristics of "low-carbon and efficient detoxification, high-quality resource utilization, and full industry chain collaboration". At present, fly ash disposal production lines have been established in multiple locations such as Zhejiang, Jiangsu, Guangdong, and Hebei, providing customized system solutions for the local areas.
  Overview of Waste Salt Resource Utilization Project:
The 25000 tons/year comprehensive utilization demonstration project for pharmaceutical waste salt of Aerospace Linhai Company is located in the Toumen Port Medical and Chemical Industrial Park in Linhai City, Taizhou, Zhejiang Province. It adopts two disposal technologies, aerospace self-developed high-temperature melting oxidation technology and melting vitrification technology, with a comprehensive utilization capacity of 25000 tons/year, including 15000 tons/year of melting oxidation technology and 10000 tons/year of melting vitrification technology.
The project includes main projects such as waste salt feeding workshop, high-temperature melting and flue gas treatment workshop, coarse salt refining workshop, waste salt warehouse, comprehensive warehouse and other storage projects, deodorization system, substation, fire and circulating water station, water treatment system and other environmental protection projects. It is expected to produce 13500 tons of sodium chloride products, 5000 tons of sodium sulfate products, and 4800 tons of glass body by-products annually. The project has obtained a hazardous waste management permit and a pollutant discharge permit, and is scheduled for trial production in March 2026.

1. Technical process equipment and related engineering units: 3200 yuan/person. (including conference lunch fees, training fees, venue fees, transportation for visitors, conference materials, etc.; accommodation will be arranged uniformly and expenses will be borne by oneself).
2. Local governments, ecological environment management departments, chemical industrial parks, urban management bureaus, waste incineration plants, coal chemical enterprises, pharmaceutical production enterprises, fine chemicals, new material manufacturing industries, petrochemical enterprises and other key waste producing units. The top 60 registered units will attend the conference free of charge (limited to 2 people per unit). If there are relevant waste salt and fly ash treatment needs, the organizer can provide key coordination.
