The Guangzhou International Food Processing, Packaging Machinery and Supporting Equipment Exhibition (IFPE) is guided and hosted by the Guangdong Food and Packaging Machinery Industry Association. Exhibition Procedure: [Booth Allocation Principle: Apply First, Pay First, Confirm First!]
1. Exhibitors receive invitation materials for participation;
2. Fill out the [Exhibition Registration Form] by email, fax or mail to the organizer/organizer;
3. The host/organizer shall review the qualifications of the applicants and preliminarily determine the booth. The exhibition contract shall be sent to the applicant by email or fax, and the applicant shall affix their seal by email or fax to the host/organizer;
4. The participating units shall make the remittance within the time specified in the contract and send the remittance receipt back to the main/organizer for reference;
After the payment is received, the host/organizer shall issue a [booth confirmation letter] to the participating units;
6. Exhibitors shall present the [Booth Confirmation Form] for on-site registration and exhibition setup.
