1. All textile and clothing enterprises and units that have been registered with the industrial and commercial authorities and based on effective production and operation can apply to participate in the exhibition

2. After confirming the participation, request the exhibition application form (contract form) from the organizer and fill it out and scan it for the organizer

3. Both parties sign the exhibition contract, and the exhibiting unit shall pay 50% or the full amount of the booth deposit within 5 working days

4. Exhibitors are required to pay the remaining balance before March 9, 2026, otherwise the organizer has the right to adjust or cancel their designated booth
