The China International Equipment Manufacturing Exposition (CIEME), also known as the China International Equipment Manufacturing Expo, is the only national level large-scale economic and trade exhibition in China's equipment manufacturing industry approved by the State Council. It is also the largest comprehensive exhibition of equipment manufacturing industry in northern China. The 21st consecutive sessions have been successfully hosted by the People's Government of Liaoning Province, the Ministry of Commerce, the National Development and Reform Commission, the Ministry of Science and Technology, and the China Council for the Promotion of International Trade. The 2026 China Manufacturing Expo will be held from September 1-4, 2026 at Shenyang International Exhibition Center, and the exhibition business will be undertaken by Jinnuo International Convention and Exhibition.

Since 2002, the China Manufacturing Expo has been successfully held for 23 sessions, with a total exhibition area of 1.98 million square meters. International exhibitors come from 27 countries and regions, and a total of 2.95 million people from all walks of life have been received. 390 conference supporting activities, including national level special exhibitions, have been held. Li Keqiang, Wu Bangguo, Li Xi, Li Tieying, Gu Xiulian, Wang Wenyuan, Li Guixian, Bai Lichen, Chen Changzhi, Zhang Meiying, Zhou Tienong, Li Jinhua and other national leaders visited and inspected the China Manufacturing Expo successively.

Against the backdrop of promoting the comprehensive revitalization of Northeast China in the new era and new journey, the China Manufacturing Expo will leverage the strong foundation advantages of Northeast's advantageous industries, grasp the vigorous development potential of emerging industries, gather breakthrough technologies and high-precision products in various fields of the equipment manufacturing industry chain, and create a high-end exhibition platform that integrates the display of the entire equipment manufacturing industry chain, North South economic and trade cooperation, and deep exchanges with industry leaders.
