3. For matters requiring power, electricity, gas or water, special decoration of exhibition booths, etc., please provide relevant information to the office of the organizing committee one month in advance of the meeting, so that the conference team can assist exhibitors in making corresponding arrangements, and the specific expenses shall be borne by themselves.
