　　★ Technical exchange

During the exhibition, the organizing committee of the exhibition will assist domestic and foreign exhibitors in holding multiple technical exchange lectures in the conference rooms of the exhibition hall. The content will be determined by the enterprises, with 100-120 audience members invited by the enterprises themselves. The organizing committee will assist in organizing and submit the lecture topics, main content, and speaker names to the organizing committee before May 20, 2026. The number of technical exchange lectures is limited until fully booked. Each lecture is 25 minutes long and costs 10000 yuan per lecture.

　　★ Fee Standards

1. Standard booth 9m ² (3m x 3m); configuration: exhibition space, three display boards (2.5m high), one Chinese and English fascia board, one negotiation table, two chairs, carpet, one 220V power socket, and two spotlights.

Explanation: If the electricity consumption of a standard booth exceeds 5A, a separate application is required; The 220V/5A single socket provided in the booth can only be connected to TV, computer, mobile phone charger, etc. It is strictly prohibited to use it for machine connection and lighting connection;

2. Light land (minimum rental area of not less than 36m ²); Configuration: Exhibition venue, security services, public liability insurance, no facilities

This exhibition offers various sponsorship schemes, providing more opportunities for operators and suppliers to participate, thereby maximizing effective promotion; If interested companies choose sponsorship, please request the participation details from the organizing committee. More than 80% of the enterprises in this exhibition are special equipment, and it is recommended to book bare space and build it themselves.

In order to cooperate with exhibitors' promotion during the exhibition and enable customers to understand exhibitors and communicate with them after the exhibition, the organizing committee will carefully compile and print the exhibitor contact list for the conference, with specifications of 210mm × 285mm vertical version.

　　★ Exhibition Procedure

1. Exhibitors are required to fill out the "Exhibition Application Form" in detail, affix the official seal, and fax or mail it to the organizing committee of the conference.

2. Within three working days after registration, the enterprise shall transfer the exhibition fee to the designated account of the conference organizing committee to determine the booth;

3. The exhibition booths, advertisements, etc. will be arranged by the organizing committee in a unified manner, with "apply first, pay first, allocate first". Co organizers can be given priority in arranging.

4. In order to comply with the overall layout of the exhibition, the organizing unit has the right to adjust the position of individual booths when necessary. Due to uncontrollable factors such as natural disasters, government actions, and abnormal social events, the organizing unit may postpone or cancel the exhibition.
