Exhibition Introduction
In March 2025, the General Office of the Communist Party of China Central Committee and the General Office of the State Council issued the "Implementation Plan for Gradually Building Permanent Basic Farmland into High Standard Farmland", which clarifies that by 2035, all permanent basic farmland that meets the conditions will be built into high standard farmland, with a cumulative renovation and improvement of 455 million mu, and an additional 130 million mu of high-efficiency water-saving irrigation area. Food security is the most important aspect of a country, and the fundamental guarantee of national food security lies in arable land. Building high standard farmland is an important lever.
The 13th Zhengzhou International Irrigation Technology and Equipment Expo, jointly organized by Zhenwei International Exhibition Group and the Secretariat of the World Irrigation Technology Conference, is scheduled to be held from May 8-10, 2026 at the Zhongyuan International Convention and Exhibition Center (Airport Zone). The expo aims to focus on key points such as high standard farmland construction, farmland irrigation, smart agriculture, irrigation area renovation, soil remediation, facility agriculture, and smart water conservancy, and make solid progress towards building a strong agricultural province, providing scientific and technological support and product guarantees for the modernization of agriculture and rural areas in the central region.
