The minimum rent for bare land is 36 square meters, 500 yuan/square meter. Guangdi does not provide any exhibition equipment or power supply. Exhibitors are responsible for designing and building their own equipment.

Exhibition Process

Exhibitors must pay the exhibition fee within 3 days after signing the contract.

The exhibition booths, advertisements, etc. will be arranged by the organizing committee in a unified manner, with "first come, first paid, first allocated". The naming unit, co organizers, and sponsors can be given priority in their arrangements.

The organizing committee reserves the right to make reasonable adjustments to some booths. Due to uncontrollable factors such as natural disasters, abnormal social events, etc., the organizing unit may postpone or cancel the exhibition.

30 days before the exhibition, the organizing committee will distribute the "Exhibitor Handbook" to all exhibitors, including the exhibition schedule, exhibit transportation, hotel accommodation, booth construction and decoration, exhibition equipment rental, and additional electricity usage.
