At the same time, the State Council's "Opinions on Implementing the" Artificial Intelligence+"Action" has listed the transformation and upgrading of agricultural digitization as a key task, and policy dividends continue to be released, promoting the accelerated penetration of technologies such as the Internet of Things, big data, and artificial intelligence in various aspects of agricultural production, operation, management, and services. Agricultural development is undergoing a comprehensive transformation from "experience driven" to "technology driven".

Nanjing, as an important central city in the Yangtze River Delta urban agglomeration and the core carrier of the national agricultural science and technology park, has unique advantages such as abundant scientific and educational resources, strong agricultural foundation, and convenient location and transportation. It has accumulated fruitful achievements in the research and development of smart agricultural equipment and pilot projects for digital rural governance. Since the establishment of the first China (Nanjing) International Smart Agriculture Expo in 2016, it has always resonated with the industry.
