　　Exhibition Guidelines

1. Exhibitors are required to fill out the (Exhibition Application Form) in detail and stamp it with their official seal. They can fax or take photos and print WeChat to the organizing organization. The exhibition fee will be transferred to the designated account of the exhibition within five working days from the date of registration to confirm the exhibition booth and advertisement. After the exhibitor transfers the funds, please send the remittance voucher to the organization for verification.

2. All exhibition projects will be determined according to the principle of "first come, first served, first arranged". The organizing organization reserves the right to move and cancel booths and advertisements that fail to fulfill the contract on time. Exhibitors are not allowed to transfer, sublet or set up booths without authorization. Once discovered, their participation qualification will be cancelled and the exhibition fee paid will not be refunded.

3. On March 16, 2026, the organization will notify exhibitors or have exhibiting companies log in to www.cshtexpo.cn to download the "Exhibitor Handbook", which includes exhibition schedule, various on-site service applications, special equipment construction, exhibition equipment rental, exhibit transportation, hotel accommodation, and other matters.
