Since the late Eastern Han Dynasty, when the renowned physician Hua Tuo opened the first "herb garden", Bozhou has a history of over 1800 years of traditional Chinese medicine cultivation. For over 1800 years, the people of Bozhou have worked hard to cultivate the "local specialties" in the fields, turning them into "golden lumps" with a scale of billions in the industrial chain.

Water is the source of life, the lifeline of agriculture, and the cornerstone of sustainable development of human society. In the context of increasingly scarce global water resources, water-saving irrigation is a key measure to solve agricultural water use problems and improve water resource utilization efficiency. The "2026 Anhui (Bozhou) Water saving Irrigation Product Procurement and Trading Fair" will be held on May 18-19, 2026 at the Bozhou Kangmei Traditional Chinese Medicine City Convention and Exhibition Center. Each region can set up a bus according to the registration situation. If more than 40 people register in the same region, a bus can be set up. For self driving purchasers within 300 kilometers (limited to agricultural machinery dealers, purchasers, and large-scale growers (contractors)), each vehicle must have at least 5 passengers (provide 5 ID cards and business licenses), and can enjoy a subsidy of 1 yuan per one-way trip per kilometer.
