At the same time, Weipaige is accelerating the AI transformation of smart water management. The "Weipaige Hetu AI Platform" released in 2024 has covered smart water systems in more than 100 cities, and has put forward higher requirements for the stability and energy efficiency of backend computing infrastructure. As a pioneer in the field of liquid cooling, Inspur Information once achieved a global market sales share of 5.5% for liquid cooling infrastructure in data centers in 2024, ranking among the top five in the world; At the same time, the sales proportion in the single-phase cold plate segment market is as high as 17.5%, ranking first in the world. The full stack liquid cooling products released by the company support cold plate liquid cooling for all server products, and continue to innovate liquid cooling products from components, machines to data centers.
As of the first half of 2025, Inspur Information has accumulated over 800 core patents in the field of liquid cooling technology and has participated in the development of more than 20 design technology standards related to cold plate liquid cooling and immersion liquid cooling. Its liquid cooling solution can reduce the PUE (power utilization efficiency) of data centers to below 1.1, saving more than 30% energy compared to traditional air cooling.
At the Open Computing Technology Conference (OCTS25), Inspur Information launched a forward-looking MW level pump driven two-phase liquid cooled AI whole cabinet solution, which adopts efficient phase change heat dissipation technology. The single-chip heat dissipation exceeds 3000W, and the heat dissipation capacity is over 250W per square centimeter, providing a new solution for high-density computing scenarios.
  Communication content: From data centers to water management scenarios
This exchange focuses on three core topics:
  One is the technical route selection of liquid cooling technology.Both parties had in-depth discussions on the applicable scenarios of cold plate liquid cooling and immersion liquid cooling. Cold plate liquid cooling is currently the mainstream, compatible with current network transformation, and suitable for gradual upgrading; Immersion liquid cooled PUE can be as low as 1.1, making it more suitable for newly built high-density intelligent computing centers. Weipai Ge discussed the optimal technological path with Inspur Information by combining its own data center status and future expansion needs.
  The second is the customized demand for smart water management scenarios.The Weipaige technical team introduced the computing power characteristics of the Hetu AI platform and smart water management system: large data volume, high real-time requirements, and wide distribution area. Inspur Information put forward a targeted proposal for a hybrid architecture of "liquid cooling+edge computing", which uses a full liquid cooling high-density server at the central node and a modular liquid cooling scheme at the edge node, giving consideration to energy efficiency and response speed.
  The third is the co construction model of green data centers.Both parties discussed the possibility of cooperation from equipment supply to overall delivery. Inspur Information can provide a complete solution for liquid cooled data centers from planning, construction to implementation, achieving a "turnkey" project. Weipaige relies on its intelligent manufacturing capabilities to provide the necessary supporting facilities in liquid cooled data centers, which is highly compatible with Weipaige's modular and green delivery.
