Brief Introduction

The production process of the soda can carbonated beverage production line starts from the filtration of the source water: source water tank → source water pump → multi-media filter → activated carbon filter → sodium ion filter → precision filter → RO reverse osmosis unit → ultraviolet sterilization lamp → finished water tank. Beverage preparation: Sugar pot → Syrup filter → Mixing tank → Double filter → Chiller unit → Plate heat exchanger → High magnification soda water mixer → CO2 filter → Finished beverage. Beverage packaging: bottle flushing → isobaric filling machine → screw cap sealing or capping → warm bottle → blow drying → labeling → coding → film packaging.

The carbonated beverages produced by the soda can carbonated beverage production line are produced through blending, and the equipment included in the production includes: a sugar melting pot that uses a boiler to generate steam for heating, or an electric sugar melting pot for sugar melting. By continuously stirring in a high-temperature environment, if the sugar used is not pure enough, a syrup filter needs to be used for filtration to ensure high-quality beverage quality and good taste. Add essence, spices, various flavorings and stabilizers according to different order of ingredients.

The production method of soda ash beverage production line can be divided into two types according to the type: primary mixing and secondary mixing. Primary mixing is suitable for those with relatively low production volume, and syrup and water are simultaneously pumped into the mixing bucket through two pumps for mixing, and then filled with carbon dioxide for beverage production and mixing. Secondary mixing: Water and sugar are each poured into a storage tank through a beverage pump, and the water and syrup are injected into the final mixing tank through the pump of the mixer for stirring and mixing. Carbon dioxide is then filled for mixing and filling. The higher the ratio of carbonated beverage filling machine, the more barrels the mixer has and the corresponding more water pumps are used. The automatic liquid level can be directly observed from the outside, and the carbonation tank is equipped with a coil containing refrigerant. To ensure sufficient contact time between carbon dioxide and purified water, carbon dioxide is added before entering the carbonation tank. The carbonated material enters the filling machine and is quickly filled into the bottle.

Due to the high content of carbon dioxide in carbonated beverages, which is suitable for combination with beverages at temperatures between 0-4 ℃, carbon dioxide achieves good solubility under such conditions. The currently applicable beverage freezing system is called a cold water system. Also known as a chiller, a chiller is a machine that achieves refrigeration through steam compression or absorption circulation. These liquids can flow through a heat exchanger to achieve the purpose of cooling the air or equipment. The steam compression chiller unit consists of four main components of a steam compression refrigeration cycle (compressor, evaporator, condenser, and some metering devices), which can achieve different refrigerants. The refrigerant used in absorption refrigeration units and benign silica gel used in urban water as desiccants. Absorption refrigeration machines use water as a refrigerant and rely on the affinity between water and lithium bromide solution to achieve strong refrigeration effects. If the temperature of the beverage is relatively high and needs to be quickly cooled down, it is possible to consider adding a plate heat exchanger to accelerate the heat dissipation area and contact speed through heat dissipation fins.
