Workers can operate the pure water filling machine through a PC human-machine interface and display the operating parameters and status of the pure water filling machine in real time.

The working process of the pure water filling production line is:

*Step by step, the bottle slides to the mouth of the pure water filling machine under the action of wind, and is separated by a dial wheel and sent into the middle star wheel. With the cooperation of gears, the bottle is sent into the bottle flushing part by the star wheel to clamp the bottle mouth. There is a specially shaped slide under the bottle flushing machine. When passing through the slide, the bottle mouth is flipped 180 degrees to start spray cleaning inside the bottle.

Step 2: After draining, the bottle is slid to another 180 degree flip with the bottle mouth facing up, and then fed into the filling machine clamp by the middle wheel. The clamp slowly rises with the cam, and at this time, the bottle mouth is in close contact with the filling valve and the filling valve is opened to start filling. When the filling reaches a certain liquid level, it stops filling (the filling liquid level can be adjusted by adjusting the height of the filling valve outlet). The clamp slowly descends with the cam, and the bottle mouth is separated from the filling valve. The filling valve is closed and then sent to the capping machine. After capping is completed, the finished product is sent to the next packaging process by the conveyor belt.
