1. Mechanical equipment should be used to remove graded crushed stones from the surface layer of the foundation bed under anhydrous conditions, with a cutting scale of 5cm beyond the inner wall of the cable trench. Manually follow the agile sorting of scattered graded crushed stones and other residues. When cutting, first cut straight and then manually trim it into a 2% slope.
2. After cutting, evenly lay a layer of permeable gravel or crushed stone cushion layer at the bottom of the groove, and the thickness of the cushion layer is determined by the technician based on the measured elevation on site. 3. Special attention should be paid to the installation mileage corresponding to each type of cable tray during installation, and the overall linearity and drainage longitudinal slope at the bottom of the cable tray should be strictly controlled to meet the planning requirements.
4. Expansion joints should be installed during installation, with a width of 2cm and filled with asphalt and hemp reinforcement every 20m along the direction of the line. The gaps between every other two cable trays shall be filled and pointed with M7.5 cement mortar.
