The brand rankings of each sub industry are mainly determined based on the cooperation rate of the top 500 development enterprises, with reference to shipment volume and sales revenue, supplemented by industry association expert nominations, online voting for brand perception evaluation, sampling surveys of engineering procurement personnel, and opinions from typical industry expert review meetings through the China Real Estate Procurement Platform.

As the largest and most influential annual event in the real estate industry and supply chain, the press conference attracted nearly 500 attendees including real estate development companies, service providers, suppliers, and media representatives.
