Working principle and basic structure of high-pressure reactor

High pressure reaction kettle is a typical innovation of magnetic transmission device applied to reaction equipment. Below, we will introduce the high-pressure reactor and provide a brief overview of its basic structure and working principle.

A high-pressure reactor is composed of a stirrer, reaction vessel and transmission system, safety device, cooling device, heating furnace, and other parts.

One The kettle body and kettle cover are made of specific stainless steel, with the kettle body connected by flanges and threads, and the kettle cover being a regular flat plate cover. These two parts are fixed and connected by nuts and main bolts distributed in the circumferential direction.

II The main sealing seal of the high-pressure reactor is double line sealed, and the other sealing points are generally sealed in the form of line contact between flat and circular arc surfaces, and between circular arc surfaces. With the ultra-high precision and smoothness of the contact surface, a very good sealing effect is achieved.

III The kettle is equipped with a barrel shaped silicon carbide core outside, and the electric furnace wire is threaded through the core. Its end is threaded out from the lower part of the furnace shell side and connected to the controller through wiring bolts and rubber sheathed cables.

4 The coupling is mainly composed of a pair of inner and outer magnetic rings with strong magnetic force, with a pressure bearing spacer in the middle. The mixer is driven by a servo motor through a coupling. By controlling the speed of the servo motor, the purpose of controlling the stirring speed can be achieved. Five The upper part of the spacer is equipped with a speed measuring coil. When the agitator and the inner magnetic ring rotate together, the speed measuring coil generates an induced electromotive force, which corresponds to the stirring speed. This potential is transmitted to the tachometer to display the stirring speed. VI The kettle cover is equipped with a pressure gauge, bursting disc safety device, vapor-liquid phase valve, temperature sensor, etc., which facilitates the understanding of the reaction situation inside the kettle at any time, adjusts the proportion of the medium inside the kettle, and ensures the safe operation of the high-pressure reaction kettle. 7 The bearings are made of stainless steel bearings or high-strength electrochemical graphite, which are wear-resistant and have a long maintenance cycle.

8 A cooling water jacket is installed between the magnetic coupling and the kettle cover. When the operating temperature is high, cooling water should be supplied, and when the temperature of the magnetic steel is too high, demagnetization should occur.
