Notice on precautions during the use of small reaction vessels
　　
1) The addition of materials to small reaction vessels should not exceed the nominal capacity, and it is not allowed to add small amounts of materials or heat empty tanks. When adding materials to the equipment, it is necessary to strictly prevent the inclusion of block metal or debris. For large hard materials that are crushed, they should be added. Try to minimize the temperature difference between the material and the tank wall, and avoid heating the cold tank or adding cold material to the hot tank;
　　
2) When using a laboratory reactor with a jacket, heating or cooling should be done slowly. When using steam heating, 0.1Mpa steam should be introduced into the jacket for 15 minutes before increasing the pressure until it reaches the operating pressure, but not exceeding the design pressure;
　　
3) The working temperature range of small reaction vessels under design pressure is 0-200 ° C;
　　
4) Avoid using iron bars or shovels to stir inside the microreactor equipment. If necessary, wooden bars or bamboo strips can be used for operation;
　　
5) The winged thermometer sleeve inside the small reaction vessel can be adjusted at any angle within the range of 0-90 ° according to process requirements to obtain different resistances. The adjustment angle should be carried out in the shutdown state;
　　
6) The lubricating fluid (sealing fluid) inside the mechanical seal chamber should be kept clean and free from solid particles.
