  Magnetic driven reactorProvide reaction vessels in chemical and other experimental production processes, and maintain certain reaction conditions such as pressure, temperature, etc. inside to ensure that the chemical reaction process proceeds in the predetermined direction, thereby obtaining qualified reaction products. Suitable for scientific research departments such as petroleum, chemical, pharmaceutical, pesticide, metallurgy, and building materials, it is an ideal equipment for conducting temperature and pressure reactions. Suitable for reactions with various flammable, explosive, highly toxic, valuable media, and other permeable chemical media, it is an ideal leak free reaction equipment for sulfurization, fluorination, hydrogenation, oxidation, and other reactions in organic synthesis, molecular material polymerization, food and other processes.

  Magnetic driven reactorThe components of:
1. Cauldron cover: It is the main component of the magnetic driven reaction kettle, made of 1Cr18Ni9Ti material. The kettle cover is equipped with magnetic stirrer, pressure gauge, blasting valve, air valve, sampling valve, cooling coil and other devices, which are easy to grasp the reaction situation of the materials in the magnetic driven reaction kettle at any time, adjust the composition, proportion, temperature and pressure of the materials in the magnetic driven reaction kettle, and ensure the safe operation of the magnetic driven reaction kettle.
2. Magnetic stirrer, a permanent magnet coupling device: composed of inner and outer annular magnetic steel, with a pressure bearing spacer in the middle. The stirring torque is transmitted by a servo motor through the magnetic force of the inner and outer magnetic steel. The spacer is equipped with a speed measuring element. When the stirrer rotates with the inner magnetic steel, an induction signal is generated through electronic components and transmitted to the control instrument, displaying the working speed of the magnetic stirrer.
3. Heating furnace: used to heat the reactor body, with a cylindrical furnace body containing a cylindrical silicon core. The heating resistance wire is threaded through it, which has the characteristics of good heat transfer effect and fast heating. The lower side of the furnace body is equipped with a socket, which is connected to the control instrument with a cable when in use.
4. Reactor body: mainly used for material reaction, made of TA2 material. The reactor body and flange are connected by threads, and the sealing between the reactor body and the lid is achieved by non heat plate circular arc and conical line sealing. With high processing accuracy and the tightening force of the main bolt, the sealing effect is achieved.
