Tongkuai Punching Machine is a lathe equipment used for punching holes in sheet metal, but it has computer control and CAD programming to achieve the punching trajectory compared to ordinary punching machines. The technology of using computers to implement digital program control. This technology uses computers to execute control functions on devices according to pre stored control programs. Due to the use of computers instead of numerical control devices composed of hardware logic circuits, various control functions such as storage, processing, operation, and logical judgment of input data can be achieved through computer software.

After a malfunction occurs in the Tongkuai punch press, different methods of analyzing and solving the problem should be adopted reasonably depending on the difficulty of the malfunction and whether it is a common malfunction.
1. Check first and then power on
Firstly, observe, test, and analyze the static state of the CNC punch press when it is powered off. After confirming that it is a non vicious cycle fault or non-destructive failure, the CNC punch press can be powered on; During operation, perform dynamic observation, inspection, and testing to identify faults. For malignant destructive faults, the danger must be eliminated before power can be applied, and dynamic diagnosis should be avoided during operation.
2. Plan before action (or static before action)
The maintenance personnel themselves should be quiet before moving, and should not blindly start. They should first inquire with the CNC punching machine operator about the process and status of the malfunction. After reading the manual and graphic materials of the reading machine, you can manually search for and handle faults. If you come up and hit this and that, and cut off this and that, the futile results may still be tolerable. If the destruction on site leads to misjudgment, or introduces new faults or causes more serious consequences, it will have endless troubles in the future.
3. Software first, hardware later
First, check if the software of the CNC system is working properly. Some malfunctions may be caused by the loss of software parameters or improper usage and operation methods by operators. Be careful not to dismantle or unload immediately to avoid more serious consequences.
4. First group, then special
When troubleshooting a problem, it is important to first consider common possible causes and then analyze rare special causes. For example, when the spindle of a CNC punching machine deviates from zero, it is often caused by changes in the position of the deceleration block. Once this fault occurs, the position of the block should be checked first. After eliminating the common possibility of this malfunction, check other links such as the pulse encoder and position control.
5. Simple first, then complex
When multiple faults intertwine and cause confusion, easy problems should be solved first, followed by more difficult ones. Often, in the process of solving simple faults, difficult problems may become easier, or in the process of eliminating simple faults, one may be inspired to have a clearer understanding of complex faults and thus have solutions.
