Near infrared light (NIR) refers to light waves with wavelengths ranging from 780 nanometers to 2500 nanometers. When light is irradiated on a substance, the hydrogen functional groups X-H (such as C-H, N-H, O-H, etc.) contained in the substance can absorb the energy of light waves and produce energy state transitions, and the absorbed energy (near-infrared absorbance) is closely related to the molecular structure and content of the substance. Therefore, near-infrared spectroscopy can be used for both qualitative and quantitative analysis of substances, as well as for quantitative analysis of organic components.
Swiss Wantong DS2500The near-infrared spectrometer adopts a dispersive near-infrared spectroscopy system with excellent signal-to-noise ratio, which enables the analysis concentration to be as low as ppmLevel. The high-precision grating used for spectral analysis ensures fast data acquisition and can be used within 30 minutesObtain results for multiple parameters within seconds. The automatic start function makes daily measurements simple and convenient.
The Swiss Wantong DS2500 near-infrared spectrometer is suitable for multiple industries such as petrochemicals, polymers, polyols, palm oil, chemicals, pharmaceuticals, personal care, and pulp and paper, and meets the requirements of GB, ASTM, USP and other standards.

Solution for Organosilicon Vinyl Analysis
Swiss Wantong organic silicon sample spectral collection scans the sample through reflection and transmission, and can scan the spectrum 32 times within 1 second and take the average. The sampling spot has a diameter of up to 17.25mm and is equipped with a gold-plated reflective background accessory to ensure the acquisition of representative and high signal-to-noise ratio spectral signals.
We can provide customers with initial vinyl models and offer customized model development services based on the actual situation of their samples.

Fuel rapid detection solution
Based on the absorption spectra generated by the doubling or combination frequency signals of hydrogen containing molecular groups in the near-infrared spectral region, Swiss Wantong established mathematical relationships between spectra and various indicators of fuel materials through chemometric algorithms such as partial least squares, and formed a series of model databases to quickly and non destructively analyze various samples such as gasoline, diesel, aviation kerosene, naphtha, and biofuel.
In addition to the determination of conventional indicators such as RON, olefin, oxygen content, cetane number, lightning, density, and API degree, we can also assist users in developing standard curves for gasoline methanol content, density, sulfur content, ethanol gasoline octane number, ethanol content, organic oxygen-containing compound content, benzene content, aromatic hydrocarbons, olefins, and density, diesel sulfur content, benzene content, aromatic hydrocarbons, olefins, oxygen content, and methanol content, as well as all near-infrared related indicators.

PCBIndustry Solutions
Semi cured film is made by impregnating electronic glass cloth with epoxy resin and hot pressing it. The performance of semi cured films directly affects the quality of copper-clad laminates and multilayer printed circuit boards. "Gel time" is an important technical parameter to control the prepreg. After the epoxy resin is combined with the glass cloth, the structure of the organic matter in the epoxy resin has a very obvious response to the near-infrared at the molecular level, and the length of its gelation time has a clear correlation with the near-infrared spectral absorption.
Based on decades of near infrared spectrum research and development experience, Vantone Switzerland provides customers with customized "gel time" initial model development to ensure rapid, stable and reliable sample analysis.

Polymer Quality Control Solution
Polymers such as polyethylene, polypropylene, polyethylene terephthalate, and polyamide are widely used in the packaging industry, textile industry, and injection molding production. Melt index, density, intrinsic viscosity, and relative viscosity are typically measured in the laboratory using chemical or physical methods. These methods not only consume time but also require the use of hazardous chemicals and cleaning of instruments after measurement is completed.
Swiss Wantong provides a complete solution for determining polymer quality control parameters. The DS2500 near-infrared spectrometer selected for the solution comes with an initial model established based on a large number of real sample spectra. This solution can provide polymer manufacturers and polymer processors with quality parameters for their products, while saving analysis time and reducing analysis costs.

Palm oil quality control solution
The main production area of palm oil is located in Southeast Asia, and China is very important to the worldLarge importing countries. Palm oil is widely used in the food processing industry, and can also be used as a raw material for the production of chemical products such as soap, shampoo, biodiesel, stearic acid, glycerol, etc. The important indicators that determine the quality of palm oil products include iodine value IV, moisture content, and free fatty acid FFA content. To analyze these indicators, multiple wet chemical methods and complex sample pretreatment are required, while using near-infrared methods does not require complex chemical analysis processes and sample preparation. The use of near-infrared instruments does not require laboratory personnel with professional knowledge, and the analysis process only takes less than a minute. Excitingly, using near-infrared spectroscopy can provide analysis results for multiple indicators simultaneously after a single sampling.
Swiss company Wantong provides a complete set of near-infrared solutions for palm oil processing enterprises to quickly analyze various parameters of oil products. This scheme is based on a large amount of spectral data and a complete set of near-infrared models. It can reduce daily analysis costs for palm oil production and processing enterprises and further improve their product quality. At the same time, Swiss company Wantong can provide customized model upgrade services for users' special products. This service can expand the analysis scope of the model or add new analysis indicators. Users can add more detection indicators to their palm oil products, such as peroxide value PV, carotenoid content, or bleaching index DOBI.
