Mixing of water temperature machine and oil temperature machine is strictly prohibited
It is strictly prohibited to add other hydraulic oil into the oil temperature machine, and thermal medium oil must be used.
3. The oil temperature machine should use Teflon pipes and should not use other water pipes.
Before connecting the oil temperature machine, the water inside the mold and piping must be blown clean.
When adding hot oil, it is necessary to confirm that the liquid level is within the upper and lower limits of the oil level gauge. If it is too low, an alarm will be triggered, and if it is too high, it will not be able to start, and the heat medium oil will flow out, causing danger and waste.
How to use the mold temperature machine - Operating procedures for using the mold temperature machine
The operation process of the mold temperature machine is as follows: (After connecting the pipeline and turning on the power)
1. Open the main power switch of the oil heater control cabinet in the distribution room and close the oil heater circuit breaker QF to power on the system and put it in a operable state;
The control circuit is powered on, and the temperature controller starts displaying the temperature. The main control meter sets the control temperature for the oil heater. The alarm table sets the internal overheating alarm temperature of the oil heater. Then observe the control instrument and the high-temperature water type mold temperature alarm, and adjust the required temperature according to the process parameters after observing that they are normal;
3. Control cabinet panel control: Press the start button of the oil heater to start it. If you want to stop the heater, press the stop button to stop it;
When the oil heater triggers an over temperature alarm and automatically shuts off, wait until the internal temperature of the oil heater drops (not less than 3 minutes), press the reset button, and then restart the oil heater;
After using the 5 oil heaters, disconnect all circuit breakers QF.
