Abstract: This experiment used the Shimadzu Prominence carbamate analysis system and established an analytical method for the determination of carbamate pesticides in solid waste based on the "Determination of Carbamate Pesticides in Solid Waste by Post Column Derivative Liquid Chromatography Method" (draft for comments). This method has a linear range of 100-500.0ng/mL, and the correlation between the 10 amino acid ester pesticides measured is greater than 0.999, indicating good linearity. The detection limit and determination lower limit range of the instrument are: detection limit 0.21-2.24ng/mL; The lower limit is 0.83-8. 97ng/mL。 In the precision experiment, the relative standard deviation range of retention time for 10 types of carbamate pesticides is 0.006-0.2%; The relative standard deviation range of peak area is 0.6-8.4%. The recovery rates of 10 types of carbamate pesticides ranged from 84.1-106.4%.
