Compared with general detectors such as TCD and FID, dielectric barrier discharge ionization detector (BID) can detect most compounds except helium and neon with high sensitivity. When analyzing inorganic gases and low hydrocarbons simultaneously, the detector BID and chromatographic column MICROPACKED-ST can also be used for high-sensitivity synchronous analysis. At present, analysis examples using MICROPACKED-ST have been introduced, and recently 1.0m and 3.0m chromatography columns have been newly released, expanding their application range.
