Introduction to Classification of High and Low Temperature Test Chamber Product Series
High and low temperature test chamberThe classification varies depending on the classification criteria, and is based on the control method, temperature range, refrigeration method, and explosion-proof level;High and low temperature test chamberIt is a testing equipment that simulates high and low temperature environments. The equipment is mainly designed for the adaptability of electrical and electronic products, as well as various materials, during storage, transportation, and use in high and low temperature rapidly changing environments.
1High and low temperature test chamberClassified by control method
High and low temperature test chamberDivided into touch screen high and low temperature test chambers and instrument controlled high and low temperature test chambers, the two types of high and low temperature test chambers have different costs. Mainstream high and low temperature test chambers that come standard with touch screen control systems have relatively complex configurations and have gradually withdrawn from the market.

IIIHigh and low temperature test chamberClassified by refrigeration method
The high and low temperature test chambers are divided into two types: compressor cooled type and liquid nitrogen cooled type.
The refrigeration method for high and low temperature test chambers in the world often uses compressor refrigeration. In fact, liquid nitrogen refrigeration can also be used according to the required low temperature and cooling rate. The use of compressor refrigeration is to design the evaporator of the refrigeration system in a test chamber. The refrigerant inside the evaporator is generally environmentally friendly, and the refrigerant passing through the throttling device evaporates and vaporizes inside the evaporator, absorbing the heat around the evaporator and thus playing a cooling role; And liquid nitrogen refrigeration usually involves directly spraying liquid nitrogen into the test chamber, and the liquid nitrogen absorbs heat and vaporizes inside the test chamber to cool it down.
Compared to compressor refrigeration, liquid nitrogen refrigeration has a faster cooling rate, generally 10 ℃/min. However, the high and low temperature test chambers for compressor refrigeration are generally designed with a cooling rate of 1 ℃/min due to the high cost of obtaining low-temperature environments. Generally, compressor refrigeration is sufficient for testing environments between 0 ℃ and -80 ℃, while liquid nitrogen refrigeration is required for temperatures between -40 ℃ and -195 ℃.
