Working Principle:
Automatically take photos of passing vehicles, accurately recording the time, number, appearance, loading capacity, and license plate of each vehicle. The photos are saved in a USB drive for easy retrieval at any time. The date and time are automatically overlaid on the photo, and the photo name includes the elapsed time and number. Through the software, it is easy to count and query the number of times each car passes through, the passing time, and the photos taken at the time of passing.
A Bluetooth card is placed on each vehicle that requires attendance. When the vehicle passes by the monitoring point, the card reader automatically reads the card number of the Bluetooth card on the vehicle and sends it to the capture camera. After the camera receives the card number, it automatically takes a photo and records the time and vehicle number. At the same time, the vehicle number and the number of passes are output to the LED display screen. The photo and vehicle information can be saved on a USB flash drive or SD card, and can be regularly retrieved by personnel or automatically transmitted back through the network. The system has an automatic fault detection function. If the USB flash drive or SD card is not inserted or not properly inserted, an error message will be automatically displayed on the screen. While taking photos, the camera controls the flash to indicate to the driver that the photo has been taken. (Note: To prevent the same vehicle from swiping cards repeatedly, a "repeated card swiping limit time" can be set.
