The JK99F fully automatic interfacial tension meter adopts the platinum plate method and platinum ring method commonly used in production practice. Its application areas include indoor research and on-site monitoring of tertiary oil recovery (chemical flooding); Research on surfactant, detergent, emulsion and foam; Research on fuel oil, lubricants, paints, inks, and coatings; Research on pesticides and other related fields.
The fully automatic surface interfacial tension meter includes two testing methods:
1. Platinum plate method (also known as platinum plate method, hanging plate method, hanging plate method):
The sampling period is 1-5 seconds. For the convenience of viscous liquids, when the sensing platinum plate is immersed in the measured liquid, the surface tension around the platinum plate will be affected, and the surface tension of the liquid will pull the platinum plate down as much as possible. When the surface tension and other related forces of the liquid reach equilibrium with the equilibrium force, the sensing platinum plate will stop immersing into the interior of the liquid. At this point, the balance sensor of the instrument will measure the immersion depth and convert it into the surface tension value of the liquid.
2. Platinum Ring Method (also known as Platinum Ring Method, Ring Method, Ring Method):
The sampling period is 50-200 seconds, and the fully automatic process can be divided into: (1) gently immerse the platinum ring into the liquid; (2) Slowly lift the platinum ring upwards, causing the liquid level to relatively decrease, forming a liquid column below the platinum ring and eventually separating from it. The platinum ring method is used to sense a high value, which is formed when the platinum ring is about to separate from the liquid sample but not yet. The accuracy of converting this high value into surface tension value depends on the viscosity of the liquid.
Tensioners are mainly used in scientific research fields such as petroleum, chemical, pharmaceutical, power, and schools.
