The Atos E-MI-AS-IR-01H/I digital amplifier has undergone comprehensive testing in the electro-hydraulic application program and has the following characteristics:

The types of ATOS digital amplifiers include:
·Used for proportional valves without sensors (open-loop control)
Basic digital amplifier that outputs current to the electromagnet and achieves open-loop control.
·Used for proportional valves with sensors (closed-loop control)
High performance digital amplifier that outputs current to the electromagnet and achieves closed-loop control of the output current and the position and pressure of the sliding/cone valve core.
Closed loop control has higher performance: reduced hysteresis, higher linearity, repeatability, and faster response.
·Integrated installation digital amplifier
Integrated installation of digital amplifier, open-loop or closed-loop, directly wired and installed on the proportional control valve body, pre set functional parameters on the adaptive test bench before leaving the factory to ensure repeated adjustment characteristics.
·Split type installation of digital amplifier
Split type amplifiers, either open-loop or closed-loop, are suitable for applications where the amplifier needs to be installed at a distance from the control valve due to overall size limitations or environmental conditions such as temperature, vibration, and vibration. This form can also add other electrical connections to achieve additional functions.
