Pneumatic ball valves evolved from plug valves. Unlike plug valves, which rotate 90 degrees, the plug body is a spherical body with a circular through-hole or channel passing through its axis. Its working principle is to open or close the valve by rotating the valve core.
Pneumatic ball valve switches are lightweight, small in size, can be made into large diameters, reliable in sealing, simple in structure, and easy to maintain. The sealing surface and spherical surface are often in a closed state and are not easily corroded by the medium, and have been widely used in multiple industries.
Pneumatic ball valves and plug valves are the same type of valve, with only the closing part being a sphere that rotates around the centerline of the valve body to open and close the valve. Pneumatic ball valves are mainly used for pipelines, cutting speed, distribution, and changing the flow direction of media.

8. The power source of pneumatic ball valves is gas, generally at a pressure of 0.2~0.8MPa, which is relatively safe. If a pneumatic ball valve leaks, compared to hydraulic or electric valves, the gas can be directly discharged without polluting the environment and has high safety.
9. Compared with manual and turbine ball valves, pneumatic ball valves can be configured with larger diameters (manual and turbine ball valves are generally smaller than DN300 diameter, while pneumatic ball valves can currently reach DN1200 diameter).
