flow meterThe working principle is to cause vibration in the flow tube through which the medium flows. Although the vibration is not a complete circle, it still forms a rotating coordinate system, causing effects. The sensor will detect and analyze changes in the frequency, phase difference, and amplitude of the flow tube. The specific detection methods may vary depending on the design of the flow meter, but the observed changes represent the mass flow rate and density of the fluid.
Quality flow measurement
The measuring tube swings under the action of force, resulting in a sine wave. When the flow rate is zero, two pipelines vibrate in phase. When there is flow, it causes the pipeline to twist, leading to phase shift. The phase difference between these two waveforms is directly proportional to the mass flow rate.
Density measurement
The measuring tube vibrates at its natural frequency. The change in the quality of the medium inside the pipeline will cause a corresponding change in the natural frequency of the pipeline. Calculate density based on the frequency variation of the pipeline.
temperature measurement
Temperature, as a measurement variable, can be used as an output quantity. In addition, temperature is used to compensate for the effect of temperature changes on the Young's modulus of elasticity inside the sensor.
