1. To maintain and upkeep the stainless steel submersible pump, it is necessary to check whether its pipelines and joints are loose, and rotate them by hand to see if they are flexible. Add bearing lubricating oil into the bearing body, and observe the oil level in the water pump control cabinet at the centerline of the oil gauge. The lubricating oil should be replaced or replenished in a timely manner.

2. Unscrew the water inlet plug of the stainless steel submersible pump body, and then inject water. Close the gate valve, outlet pressure gauge, and inlet vacuum gauge of the water outlet pipeline.

3. Tap the motor to see if the steering is correct. Start clicking, when it is running normally, the water supply equipment opens the outlet pressure gauge and inlet vacuum pump to display the appropriate pressure, gradually opens the gate valve, and checks the motor load condition.

4. During the operation of the stainless steel submersible pump, the bearing temperature of the submersible pump cannot exceed the ambient temperature of 35 ℃ or 38 ℃. Once an abnormal sound is detected, immediately stop the vehicle and investigate the cause.
