How to determine if the pH meter is correct?

How to judgePH meterIs that so? We can mainly judge from two aspects: technical perspective and usage perspective:

1、 From a technical perspective:
1. Production process of pH meter
No matter how good the design or product is, without good production processes and inspection methods, it is useless. Manufacturing processes are mainly reflected in internal circuits and components. Many units consider cost and technology, and internal circuits are chaotic and rough, or low-quality components are used. Such instruments cannot guarantee their accuracy, stability, and safety.
2. Design principle of pH meter
The design principle is the soul of the entire machine, and its design can reduce costs while improving accuracy. Everyone has their own opinions on this.
But there is a major difference between analog circuits and numerical circuits. With the development of technology and the decrease in microcontroller prices, numerical circuits have become increasingly mainstream products in recent years. Many of his advantages are attributed to analog circuits.
2、 From a usage perspective:
1PH meteraccuracy
An inaccurate acidity meter has no practical value. The way of judgment is to use high-precision instruments or high-precision standard solutions for calibration.
2. PH meter is easy to operate and has a beautiful interface
It is relatively easy for users to judge this aspect. Some old instruments use analog switches, which makes calibration difficult and small changes difficult to detect, which can easily lead to fatal system errors.
On the other hand, due to cost and technological reasons, there are still many instruments that use LED digital tubes, and the display content is not rich enough. Of course, some manufacturers have also made up for this disadvantage through certain means. The currently commonly used interface for convenient operation is usually an LCD display with keyboard style operation.
3. Adjustment of common errors in pH meters
Temperature is a significant factor causing pH errors, and the presence and sensitivity of temperature probes also affect the use of the instrument.
4. PH meter stability
An unstable acidity meter is difficult to read and ensure the accuracy of the instrument. Stability is manifested in two aspects: one is the stability of a single instrument. The same instrument can be placed in a stable solution for a long time to observe whether the value changes and the magnitude of the change; On the other hand, regarding the stability of multiple instruments, it is difficult to ensure the accuracy and stability of each instrument if several calibrated instruments of the same model are placed in the same stable solution to see if the readings are consistent and how much error there is.
5. PH meter safety
In recent years, more and more customers have begun to pay attention to operational safety. Well designed instruments with lower safety voltage inputs can greatly improve safety performance. If a pH meter cannot even guarantee safety, then there is no need for its existence.
6. Advantages and disadvantages of pH meter probe
There is no doubt about this. The performance of the probe directly affects some technical indicators of the instrument, and even if the instrument is equipped with inferior probes, it is useless.
