Common problems with hospital PCR laboratory sewage treatment equipment - Shandong Quanwei Environmental Protection Water Treatment Equipment Co., Ltd

The laboratory wastewater treatment equipment is efficient, intelligent, and easy to operate. It can be said that with simple training, most people can proficiently use the equipment. Compared to operational use, solving equipment malfunction problems is not that simple. Today we will talk about the solutions to laboratory wastewater treatment machine malfunctions. We welcome everyone to provide feedback and corrections.
First, summarize the common faults of the equipment:
1. Abnormal water output: If the water output of the equipment suddenly decreases, check whether there is any blockage in the connecting pipelines of the oxidation tank, sedimentation tank, sterilization tank, sludge tank, etc. Generally speaking, blockages are mostly extracellular matrix and three-dimensional fillers.
2. Pipeline leakage or cracking: If a pipeline leakage or cracking is found, the power should be immediately turned off, the leaked wastewater should be collected and treated in a timely manner, and the manufacturer's technical engineer should be consulted to solve the problem. If the leakage is severe, arrange on-site personnel to plug the leakage area with arc welding as soon as possible. For old equipment, pipeline leakage may be caused by component aging; If it is a new device leak, it is more likely to be a quality issue. Everyone must identify * when choosing a laboratory wastewater treatment machine.
3. The water output is not qualified: it may be due to excessive leakage; Uneven or stopped oxidation and hydrolysis acidification tanks (it is recommended to reshape the extracellular matrix again); Excessive silt in the sedimentation tank (silt should be removed immediately); *Not strictly disinfected and sterilized.
4. Control system malfunction: Check the circuit board, it may be that the circuit corresponding to the program button has malfunctioned; It may also be due to poor contact of the program button itself. It is recommended to check, repair, or replace the button with a new one; Check if the sewage lift pump and hydrolysis acidification tank centrifugal fan are damaged, as any damage may cause a short circuit.

The laboratory wastewater treatment equipment has a precise structure, and the possible malfunctions are also quite complex. In order to quickly and effectively solve these faults, it is recommended to adopt a hierarchical processing approach. Usually, we classify faults into three levels:
① Level 1 fault: When the equipment experiences simple faults such as low oil temperature of the blower, deviation of the dehydrator belt, and low level alarm of the automatic flocculation device, there is no need to disassemble the equipment, and the operator can handle them on site. Be careful not to affect other production processes.
② Level 2 malfunction: When equipment malfunctions and requires disassembly for maintenance, replacement of manual valves, water pumps, electrical components, or adjustment of the entire machine's position, the management personnel should organize a team or maintenance personnel to carry out the replacement and adjustment.
③ Level 3 malfunction: When the equipment fails and the on-site maintenance personnel are unable to solve it, it is necessary to coordinate with the manufacturer or relevant professionals as soon as possible to handle it.
The laboratory wastewater treatment system has excellent material selection, with the casing made of ABS material and surface treated by electrophoretic spraying; The reaction tank is made of anti-corrosion plastic material, which is beautiful and durable. Adopting an online water quality measurement and control system with data collection, control, and alarm functions, it facilitates timely detection of abnormal indicators and faults. The equipment is easy to operate, the process is reasonable, the failure rate is low, and it can greatly reduce the cost of operation management and maintenance.
