1. Environmental factors

The high ambient temperature is very detrimental to the heat dissipation of the refrigeration system of the freeze dryer. When the ambient temperature is higher than the condensation temperature required by the normal working conditions of the refrigerant, it forces the condensation pressure to increase, resulting in a decrease in refrigeration capacity and a significant increase in compressor power consumption, leading to a comprehensive deterioration of the economic and technical indicators of the freeze dryer.

High indoor temperature is not acceptable, and low indoor temperature is also not suitable. If the indoor temperature is below 9 ℃, the compressor oil will become viscous, which can easily affect the normal operation of the compressor. In addition, when the temperature is too low, all electronic components may be affected and misoperation may occur.

That is, the heat discharged from the heat exchange of the air compressor and the refrigerated dryer will be sucked in again through the air inlet of the air compressor and the refrigerated dryer. This vicious cycle will continue to cause high temperatures in the equipment.

If there is a leak, it means that the freeze dryer cannot work, resulting in the inability to precipitate water. The inspection method is to check whether the pressure on the refrigerant pressure gauge has decreased.

Coolers include air-cooled plate fin heat exchangers and water-cooled shell and tube heat exchangers. Over time, due to environmental factors or cooling water quality, the cooler may become clogged.

Check whether the start stop pressure or temperature of the refrigerated dryer is set reasonably, and whether the cooling fan operates in a timely manner or is damaged.

② Insufficient cooling water volume

Check the temperature of the cooling water. The normal temperature is below 32 degrees Celsius, but the amount of cooling water is insufficient, resulting in high pressure and poor cooling effect. Overheating increases, leading to higher temperatures.
