The Importance of PTFE Sliding BearingsIn recent years, with the continuous increase of industrial materials in China, it has gradually become known that this PTFE board material still has good performance. So, when entering the 21st century industrial materials market for promotion and sales, one will still understand its advantages and characteristics, especially in the promotion process, which will greatly upgrade most industries. Firstly, this material has outstanding qualities in both quality and craftsmanship, especially in the design process with characteristics such as corrosion resistance, high temperature resistance, high and low temperature resistance, insulation, and non adhesiveness. Therefore, its application will become increasingly widespread in the process of artificial synthesis.

Tetrafluoroethylene is a macromolecular compound polymerized by tetrafluoroethylene. It has very high chemical volatility and corrosion resistance. Tetrafluoroethylene is one of the current corrosion resistant materials. It is not subject to salt and oxidant corrosion, and even aqua regia has no way to deal with it. Therefore, it is named Plastic King. It is widely used with various requirements for acid and alkali resistance and organic solvents, sealing, high smoothness, non stickiness, electrical insulation, and excellent anti-aging and temperature resistance. It can work at a temperature of+250 ℃ to -180 ℃ *.

Allowing rapid cooling and heating, or alternating hot and cold operations, with a pressure of -0.1-6.4Mpa (full negative pressure to 64kgf/cm2) (Fullvacuum to 64kgf/cm2), its production has solved many problems in China's chemical, petroleum, pharmaceutical and other fields, such as polytetrafluoroethylene seals.During the construction process of PTFE panels, in order to prevent the surface layer of the staircase PTFE panels from falling off, it is necessary to promptly fix them by pasting or using cat fasteners for anchoring. Only in this way can the decorative surface be better constructed. At the same time, throughout the entire construction process, all instructions should be prepared according to the product design specifications to avoid direct sunlight exposure, and all fixing work should be completed within two hours. Reasonable planning should be made during the construction of the PTFE board on the stairs.

The Importance of PTFE Sliding BearingsThe sliding support structure of the staircase is located at the sliding support. In order to ensure that the support of the stair section can slide freely under earthquake action, the friction of the support should be minimized as much as possible, and it is not advisable to directly set up construction cold joints. For this purpose, flexible materials such as polystyrene board or hard material polytetrafluoroethylene board can be used at the contact surface of the support. Two steel plates can also be used, one fixed to the lower end of the upper ladder plate and welded to the steel bars inside the ladder plate, and the other embedded on the ladder beam, with graphite powder fully laid between the two steel plates. The sliding support plate staircase in Atlas 11G101-2 adopts two methods: polytetrafluoroethylene plate and two steel plates. When using two steel plates and fully covering them with graphite powder during actual construction, it is difficult to ensure the fixing method and position of the upper steel plate; The laying quality of graphite powder is difficult to guarantee, and steel plates are prone to rusting when exposed to water, making it difficult to maintain a small friction coefficient for sliding supports for a long time. Compared to other materials, polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) sheets have the characteristics of high temperature resistance, low temperature resistance, corrosion resistance, weather resistance, high lubrication, non adhesion, and non toxicity. They are easy to operate and can ensure that the bearings can meet design requirements for a long time under earthquake action.

2、 According to the requirements of Article 8.6.3 of the Construction Code for Concrete Structures (GB50666-2011), the construction joint of the staircase section should be set within 1/3 of the span end of the staircase slab. However, sliding bearings should be used instead of fixed bearings to divide the overall cast-in-place staircase into multiple sections for construction, avoiding the inconvenience caused by construction joints in the staircase slab facilities. On the contrary, due to the use of sliding supports to divide the overall cast-in-place staircase into multiple sections, concrete needs to be poured in sections during on-site construction, and the construction period of the staircase is extended. Therefore, during the construction process, the on-site construction should be organized well, and operations should be interspersed to avoid the impact of staircase construction on the main structure construction. At the same time, during the staircase decoration construction phase, it is necessary to consider the possibility of local damage to the decoration materials at the water level joints under earthquake action.
