What are the precautions for installing enamel reaction vessels?
The broad understanding of a reactor is a container that contains physical or chemical reactions. By designing the structure and configuring the parameters of the container, the heating, evaporation, cooling, and low-speed mixing functions required by the process can be achieved. This product is a comprehensive reaction vessel, and its structure, function, and configuration accessories are designed according to the reaction conditions.
From the beginning of the feeding reaction discharging process, the pre-set reaction steps can be completed with a high degree of automation, and important parameters such as temperature, pressure, mechanical control (stirring, blowing, etc.), and reactant/product concentration during the reaction process can be strictly regulated. Its structure generally consists of a kettle body, transmission device, stirring device, heating device, cooling device, and sealing device. Corresponding auxiliary equipment: fractionation column, condenser, water separator, collection tank, filter, etc.
Precautions for installation of this product:
1. Before installation, the enamel surface of the equipment should be cleaned with water, and clean rubber shoes should be worn to check if the glass lining is intact.
2. During the installation process, the pry bar, hand hammer, and other tools should be strictly used to directly contact and collide with the enamel parts to prevent damage to the enamel lining.
3. During the lifting process of the equipment, only the supports and lifting rings that can be used are subjected to force, and weak parts such as connecting pipes, clamps, and pipe openings are not allowed to be subjected to force. They should be lifted and placed gently to avoid collision, and the tank body should not be hammered.
4. Before installing the equipment, it is necessary to check whether all components are complete, and replace them in a timely manner if there are any defects.
5. The installation of the enamel reaction kettle agitator should pay attention to the installation of anti loosening parts such as anti loosening pins or anti loosening nuts, and check whether the rotation direction of the agitator is consistent with the direction shown in the diagram to avoid the agitator reversing and falling off during operation, which may damage the lining.
6. The clamp of the equipment is one of the main pressure bearing components. In addition to requiring uniform force during installation, its quality and quantity should also be ensured, and it must not be installed with residual or reduced quantity.
7. After the installation of the equipment is completed, various components and the inside of the tank should be carefully inspected to confirm that there are no errors before conducting an empty test run.
8. The mirror glass installed on the reaction tank is a brittle material. During installation, in addition to ensuring uniform fastening, the clamping force should not be too high. If there is a local leakage, a cushion should be added to prevent excessive local stress from causing breakage.
9. If metal components are installed on the enamel reaction kettle, welding is only allowed on the outer surface of non enamel parts such as the jacket. The welding speed should be fast and corresponding cooling measures should be taken. If welding is carried out near the pipe mouth, inlet, or flange, each pipe mouth should be tightly covered to prevent welding slag from splashing and damaging the enamel surface.
