Puffing machinery, like general food machinery, not only needs to meet the production conditions that mechanical equipment should possess, but also needs to meet the special conditions required for food. Looking at the development needs of the industry, they can be roughly considered from the following four aspects:

3. Complete applicability. In industrial food processing, most of them are not produced by single machines, but are operated as supporting production lines. Therefore, the applicability of complete sets is an important link in ensuring continuous operation, balanced production, processing performance, and product quality. The principle of complete sets is to achieve reasonable economic scale, meet process and technical requirements, and ensure reasonable matching between equipment, so as to ensure the normal operation, safety and hygiene, energy saving, and convenient maintenance of the production line, and to ensure the integrity, rationality, and reliability of the production line.
4. Sanitary applicability. The hygiene requirements for the mechanical structure in the design and manufacturing process of puffed food machinery mainly include the structural materials, surface structure, cleanability, durability, and testability of the product contact surface and non product contact surface; For the mechanical structure of food machinery, key control points for hygiene hazards should be identified, and measures should be taken to ensure the hygiene requirements of the mechanical structure.
