The V-type mixer is a high-efficiency ultrafine grinding equipment that has been applied in industries such as paint, ink, pigment, paper coating, ceramic glaze, magnetic materials, plastic fillers, functional materials, and refractory gold mines.
The normal operation process of a V-type mixer is:
1. Start upV-shaped mixerThe reverse button adjusts the motor speed and runs in slow reverse.
2. During the operation of the V-type mixer, the body should run at a constant speed without any abnormal noise.
3. Open the feeding port of the mixer and confirm again that the discharge port is closed. According to the process control requirements, feed the specified amount of material into the V-shaped hopper.
4. After feeding is completed, close the feeding port and lock it to prevent material from flowing out during mixing.
5. After the mixing reaches the specified time in the process, stop the machine by adjusting the motor speed button. When stopping, make sure that the discharge port of the mixer is facing the ground and adjust the motor speed button to position 0. The V-shaped mixer will rotate the stop button to the right to cut off the power.
The fault problem of the V-type mixer is:
1. The vibration and noise of the V-type mixer host are abnormal, and the installation is not adjusted properly and the gearbox is damaged.
2. If the V-type mixer suddenly stops and the discharge mechanism cannot operate normally during use.
3V-shaped mixerUnable to start, mainly due to power failure and phase loss. Check the circuit.
4. The main reasons for low production efficiency are insufficient motor power, improper pulley configuration, belt slippage, severe hammer wear, uneven feeding, or high moisture content in raw materials.
5. Overheating of bearings can occur when the bearings are poorly lubricated, damaged, or when the main shaft is bent, the rotor is severely unbalanced, or the belt is too tight. The bearings can be restored to their normal state by adding or replacing lubricating oil, replacing bearings and spindles, balancing rotors, adjusting belt tightness, and other methods.
