1、 Packaging machine for poor sealing of mould

This problem is also quite common. Firstly, we need to look at a simple place to see if the temperature has reached the sealing temperature of the packaging film. If it has, we need to check if the mold pressure has been reached. If there is no problem, it means that the teeth of the mold are not biting or the left and right pressures are different.

Solution: One is to heat it up, two is to apply pressure, and three is to re align the mold with one side as the reference, so that it can be aligned properly.

2、 Optoelectronic issues

This problem is also quite common, and photoelectric problems are generally manifested as changes in the length of the bag.

Solution: When the film is moving, check if the photoelectric sensor scans the label on the film, check if there is dust on the photoelectric sensor, check if the sensitivity of the photoelectric sensor is adjusted correctly, and check if there are any impurities on the film that affect the recognition of the photoelectric sensor. If there are, you need to find a point without impurities. If not, you can dispose of your packaging film in the trash.

3、 The temperature cannot rise

This question first needs to check if the fuse is broken, and then check if the relay is broken. Use a * meter to test it. If there is no * meter, use a test pen. If there is no * meter, the next step is to check if the heating rod wiring is loose. If not, then take off the heating rod wire and test the resistance. If the resistance is infinite, then this heating rod will be over If you don't have a watch, just try changing one by one. Another issue is that the thermocouple is damaged, which is easy to diagnose. Either a "1" is displayed on the left side of the temperature control meter, or the temperature keeps fluctuating greatly. Simply replacing the thermocouple can solve the problem.

4、 Temperature cannot be controlled

There are two reasons for this problem, one is that the temperature control meter is broken, and the other is that the relay is broken. First, test the relay because it is slightly more broken.

5、 The main motor is not rotating

First, take a look at the fuse. If it's not broken, check if the relay of the main motor is damaged. If it's not, it's a problem with the motherboard.
