The side mounted magnetic flap level gauge is suitable for measuring liquids in open or pressure vessels. This series of products can achieve high sealing, leak prevention, and safe and reliable full process liquid level measurement under high temperature, high pressure, high viscosity, and strong corrosive conditions. Clear display without blind spots, intuitive readings, and a wide measurement range Optional liquid level switch can be used to achieve upper and lower limit alarm and control of liquid level. Optional liquid level transmission sensor. Convert the liquid level signal into a two-wire 4-20mA standard signal to achieve close range detection, indication recording, and control.
Installation method of side mounted magnetic flap level gauge:
1. The installation position of the magnetic Bai flap level gauge should avoid or be far away from the inlet and outlet of the material medium to avoid rapid changes in the local area of the material fluid, which may affect the accuracy of the level measurement.
2. The installation of the magnetic flap level gauge must be vertical to ensure that the floating ball component can move up and down freely within the main pipe. At the same time, a ball valve should be installed between the magnetic flap level gauge and the container inlet pipe for easy maintenance and cleaning.
3. Install a magnetic flap level gauge with a flange centerline perpendicularity of less than 4 ‰. For magnetic flap level gauges that exceed a certain length (ordinary type>3 meters, anti-corrosion type>2 meters), it is necessary to consider adding a reinforced flange or ear hook as a fixed support in the middle.
4. Open the bottom flange and install the magnetic float (note: the heavy end with the magnetic end is facing upwards and cannot be inverted).
5. The cross-sectional area of the core wire connecting the remote transmission magnetic flap level gauge transmitter and the display instrument should be greater than 0.8mm ². When laid parallel to the AC power supply, a distance of at least 20 centimeters should be maintained. It should be laid separately through iron pipes or with shielded two core cables, and the shielding layer can only be grounded at one end.
6. In order to prevent damage to the float components during transportation, the float components are removed from the main tube of the small liquid level gauge before leaving the factory. After the installation of the liquid level gauge is completed, open the bottom drain flange and reinstall the float assembly into the main body pipe. Note that the heavy end of the float assembly should face upwards and cannot be inverted.
7. After installation, the magnetic flap level gauge needs to be calibrated with magnetic steel. Guide the flap column once to display red below zero and white above zero.
