Debugging steps and precautions for ultrasonic level gauge
If the water level of a certain pool varies between 0-2.350 meters, with 0 meters corresponding to 4mA and 2.35 meters corresponding to 20mA, the installation position of the ultrasonic level gauge should first be selected at any position that is greater than 0.3 meters (blind zone) above the high water level, that is, at a position greater than 2.65 meters. After measurement, the actual distance between the low water level of 0 meters and the ultrasonic level gauge probe is 2.82 meters. At this point, the input setting for 4mA (0V) should be 2.82 meters, and the input setting for 20mA (5V, 10V) should be 0.47 meters (i.e. 2.82-2.35 meters).
(1) Connect the power and align with a flat target to correct the distance;
(2) Press K1, LED display A1-, calibrate 4mA (can be connected to secondary instrument, series ammeter);
(3) Press K1, LED displays A2--, calibrate 20mA (5V, 10V).
The above 3 steps have been calibrated at the factory, but when restoring the factory settings, they should be reset,
(4) Press K1, the LED displays A3--, enter 4MA data, press K2 or K3 to make the LED display 2.82;
(5) Press K1, the LED displays A4--, enter 20MA data, press K2 or K3 to make the LED display 0.47;
(6) Press K1, the LED displays A5--, set the inverted water depth data, press K2 or K3 to make the LED display 2.82;
(7) Press K1, the LED displays A6--, at this time press K2 or K3 to set the switch value data;
