Correct use and operation of pressure calibrator
1. Power on, key: Press the 'on' button to turn on, the LCD displays the measurement status; Press the 'off' button to shut down the instrument panel and cut off the power supply.
2. The quick connector can be calibrated by connecting it to the tested instrument with the provided high-pressure hose.
3. When using the pressure calibrator, please screw the instrument onto the "standard instrument" interface on the hand-operated pressure pump.
4. Zero calibration button: Before measurement, press the "Zero calibration" button, and the instrument will automatically collect the zero value of the sensor and send it to the processor CPU for processing, ensuring that the measured data of the instrument is the actual pressure value.
5. Pressure button: After turning on, the pressure unit of the instrument is displayed in the lower right corner of the LCD. If you press the "Unit" button during use to make the LCD display any one of "Psi, Bar, mmHg, Kgf/cm2", press the "Pressure" button, and the instrument will automatically switch to the factory set pressure unit. To display the measured current, when the pressure calibrator displays the unit as MPa (or KPa), press the "Pressure" button, and the corresponding current indicator light on the panel will light up, indicating the measured current state.
The pressure range of the portable pressure calibrator and the configuration of the pressure pump: The pressure range of the pressure calibrator is configured according to the user's requirements. If the pressure calibrator with vacuum has a maximum pressure range of -95KPa~2.5MPa, this calibrator only needs to be equipped with a built-in pressure pump. Generally, pressure calibrators within 0-6MPa can be equipped with a built-in pressure gauge, while pressures exceeding this range require a desktop pressure pump.
