Integrated steam flowmeter is mainly used for flow measurement of industrial pipeline media fluids, such as gas, liquid, steam and other media. Its characteristics are small pressure loss, large measurement range, high measurement accuracy, and almost unaffected by parameters such as fluid density, pressure, temperature, viscosity, etc. when measuring volumetric flow rate under working conditions. No movable mechanical parts, therefore high reliability and low maintenance.

  Integrated steam flowmeterBefore selecting, the user needs to provide the temperature and pressure of the steam, the diameter of the steam pipeline, the minimum flow rate, common flow rate, maximum flow rate of the steam, the distribution of the steam pipeline, the number of sub pipelines, the steam consumption of the sub pipelines, the vibration of the pipeline, the installation position of the flow meter on the straight pipe section before and after, the position of the valve before and after, the steam consumption of the equipment, the on-site interference situation, the steam consumption time, the steam consumption cycle, etc.

The minimum flow rate of steam and the diameter of the steam pipeline are two important parameters that determine which flowmeter can meet the measurement requirements. As a flowmeter manufacturer, the primary consideration is measurement accuracy, as both bent pipes and vortex streets can meet the measurement requirements of Class 1.0.

  Integrated steam flowmeterCan be installed indoors or outdoors. If installed in underground wells, saliva type sensors should be selected to prevent flooding. Sensors can be installed horizontally, vertically, or obliquely on pipelines, but when measuring liquids and gases, attention should be paid to the installation position to prevent interference from bubbles and droplets.

It is not allowed to disassemble the integrated steam flowmeter under pressure. During maintenance work, if the instrument needs to be disassembled, it must be checked in advance to see if there is pressure in the original pipeline. If there is pressure, the upstream and downstream valves must be closed, and the pressure relief valve must be opened to release the pressure. Only after confirming that there is no pressure in the pipeline can the unloading work be carried out.

If the pipeline contains flammable and explosive media, protective measures should be taken with the safety department during installation and disassembly. If the original pipeline contains toxic or corrosive media, protective measures must be taken during the dismantling process to prevent poisoning and pollution to personnel and the environment.
