As the seasons change, faults also change accordingly. In winter, common situations include freezing causing the waterway to be unable to circulate. In order to prevent the occurrence of faults, we have made the following preparations in advance:

1. Using high-purity refrigerant, if the refrigerant is filled with too much moisture, it may cause ice blockage.

2. Check if the dry filter is aging. If it is aging, it should be replaced in a timely manner. Otherwise, it will lose its proper drying and water absorption function, leading to freezing. Here are some methods to manufacture a dry filter.

3. The water storage in the humidifier should be replaced once a month to ensure clean water quality. The humidification water tray should be cleaned at least once a month to ensure smooth water flow.

Safety precautions:

1. Test: Do not carry or inspect the high and low temperature test chamber facilities while they are powered on or in operation. When working in the high and low temperature test chamber, do not connect the power supply of the test sample to the facility power supply unless the facility reserves a test sample power interface, otherwise it will increase the power load of the facility. It is strictly prohibited to test flammable, explosive, highly corrosive, strong radiation and other materials.

2. Installation: Power supply. The high and low temperature test box power supply is used for a three-phase five wire system. The facility cable consists of four core wires, three phase wires, one neutral wire (neutral wire), and one ground wire. When installing facilities, it is necessary to distinguish between neutral wires. Due to the single-phase nature of the load and control system in the facility, misconnecting neutral wires can cause the facility to malfunction and be damaged. The facility grounding wire is equipped with grounding poles to ensure good grounding for safety and reliability.
