The technology that won this award is to recycle waste solid plastics through cleaning, crushing, and granulation, and then remake them into hollow plastic building templates. This product is acid resistant, alkali resistant, and has good anti-corrosion performance, and is applied in coastal areas, underground engineering, mines, seawalls, dams, and other projects. No anti-corrosion treatment is required for use and storage, and the concrete surface is not contaminated. Sawable, drillable, and can be freely connected and combined vertically and horizontally. Its performance in nailing, sawing, and drilling is superior to that of bamboo plywood and steel formwork. Installation and disassembly are convenient, fast, and easy to support, which is conducive to organizing construction and can improve construction progress. Hollow plastic building templates have the commonality of using conventional building templates and more characteristics that are superior to conventional templates.
