Operation and use of plastic embossing machine:

1. Place the embossing machine stably at the rear end of the knife cutting Mantou machine, and make the steamed bun billet coming out of the knife cutting Mantou machine fall exactly at the forming inlet of the steaming bag embossing machine.

2. Check if the power supply voltage matches the voltage used by the machine.

3. Main operation: Connect the power supply, turn the rotary switch, check the operation of the machine, and only after there are no abnormalities can the machine be tested.

4. Horizontal conveyor belt tension adjustment: Rotate the adjustment nut.

Attention: All maintenance and upkeep work must be carried out after cutting off the power supply.

1. After each use, the machine should be carefully cleaned, especially the forming slider and conveyor belt that come into contact with the baozi billet must be wiped clean, and the forming slider must be coated with edible oil.

2. The lubricating grease inside the bearing should be replaced every six months, and calcium based grease should be used for replacement; Apply calcium based grease to the chain and bevel gear every three months; The lubricating oil inside the gearbox is usually replaced every six months during normal use, using 20 # lubricating oil.

During the work process, if the machine produces abnormal sound, it must be stopped immediately for inspection, and work can only continue after the fault is resolved.

4. When cleaning, do not directly flush the machine with a water pipe to prevent water from entering the electrical appliances, which may pose a safety hazard.

Transportation and storage of plastic embossing machines:

During the use of the product, it is strictly prohibited to bump, tilt, or invert it to avoid damaging the machine and affecting its use.

2. When the product is not used for a long time, it should be stored in a dry, non corrosive gas environment and should not come into contact with corrosive substances to avoid damage to the product.
