The multifunctional hydraulic demoulder is mainly used as a multifunctional machine for making concrete anti-seepage test molds, stripping wires, and dividing molds. The equipment adopts hydraulic transmission, with stable operation, safety and reliability, and fast descent speed. Compared with mechanical wire stripping pliers, it has the advantages of high power, high efficiency, low noise, and long service life, especially in meeting the demolding requirements of high-strength specimens such as cement mixtures. It mainly consists of a frame, hydraulic system, pressure gauge, and electrical system. It is not surprising that the hydraulic demoulder has this function after knowing its structure.

1. Rack section.
The multifunctional hydraulic demoulder is mainly composed of accessories such as beams, columns, trays, shells, and bases. This beam can be equipped with demoulding and accessory parts for various trial demoulding. The tray is used to position and support the mold barrel during demolding.
2. Hydraulic system.
Composed of hydraulic pump, oil delivery valve, oil tank, oil filter, oil pipe and joint. The hydraulic pump is a high-pressure plunger pump with a flow rate of 1.2L/min and a rated pressure of 40MPa. It is directly driven by an electric motor and fixed on the fuel tank.
The oil delivery valve is installed in the upper right corner of the front panel and is directly operated by a handle to control the descent and return of oil and the ascent of the cylinder. The oil delivery valve is equipped with a safety valve, which will overflow when overloaded.
3. Pressure gauge.
The multifunctional hydraulic demoulder pressure gauge is a 2.5-level impact resistant pressure gauge used to measure the working pressure in the cylinder. When using, please note that the pressure value should not exceed 38MPa to avoid damaging the components.
4. Electrical part.
The hydraulic demoulder consists of an electric motor, a start button, a fuse, a relay, etc.
