Screening instrumentDesign practical, reliable, simulating manual screening, rotation, and tapping movements. Widely used for particle size analysis in laboratories or pilot tests in industries such as pharmaceuticals, food, tobacco, metal minerals, chemical, grain, feed, and materials.
working principle
The three-dimensional throwing motion effect is driven by electromagnetic force, which enables the screened samples to be evenly distributed on the surface of the sieve. Multiple sieves can be placed at once, and the sample is graded from the top sieve down. Under the three-dimensional oscillation of the sample, samples smaller than the sieve aperture will fall sequentially, and the samples will fall into the collection tray. Each sieve will have corresponding sized samples, thus completing the classification of the samples.
Screening instrumentApplication matters and installation forms;
1. We should pay attention to whether the material we are screening is dry or wet, and if it is wet, what is the moisture content. Because when the material viscosity is high or the humidity is high, it is necessary to choose a movable and inclined screen surface.
2. Dimensions of subsequent equipment and interface equipment rooms. And whether functions such as iron removal and fabric transportation are required in production trials.
3. Installation dimensions such as screen width, height, and length.
What is the purpose of the sieve. What material is being screened? All of these need to be considered. For example, whether to screen raw coal or washed coal, ore, chemical raw materials, grains, etc., whether to classify or dehydrate, remove media, remove sludge, etc.
5. The speed of feeding and the speed of discharging are important factors that affect work efficiency.
6. Selection and classification of screening equipment: such as fixed screening surface; Vibrating screen surface; Sports screening surface; Roller screen surface; Other types of screening surfaces, etc. These screening surfaces have specific screening objects and cannot be randomly selected during use.
7. The amount of samples that the screening equipment can process per hour, i.e. L/H. This is an important technical parameter that directly affects work efficiency and processing capability.
8. Installation form, such as seat or suspended, left or right installation, etc. These also have a significant impact on installation.
9. Installation of electrical control box and control linkage sequence. Requirements for motor and electronic control selection.
10. Are there any other special requirements, such as the inclination angle of the sieve surface, the appearance of the sieve, the color of the coating, and other details to consider.
