The crushing process is carried out in a wedge-shaped wellbore space located between two jaw plates; One of the jaw plates is fixed, while the other jaw plate is driven by a crankshaft to perform elliptical motion as the motor continues to rotate. Through the continuous movement of the jaw plate, the crushed sample is compressed and ruptured, and then crushed and moves downward under the action of gravity. When the particle size of the sample is smaller than the distance between the openings at the lower end of the jaw plate, it falls into the collection device that can be pulled out at the lower end of the machine

Drive according to the operating procedures, that is, the driving sequence is reverse to the production process;

When starting the main motor of the jaw crusher, pay attention to the ammeter indication on the control cabinet. After 20-30 seconds, the current will drop to the normal working current value;

Adjust and control the feeding to ensure uniform feeding, with material particle size not exceeding 80% to 90% of the feed inlet width;

The temperature of general sliding bearings should not exceed 60 ℃, and the temperature of rolling bearings should not exceed 70 ℃;

After the jaw crusher trips automatically, if the reason is unknown, it is strictly prohibited to forcibly start continuously;

When the jaw crusher experiences mechanical failure or personal accident, it should be stopped immediately.

Precautions to be taken when using;

1. It is strictly prohibited to turn on the jaw crusher when the amplitude lever is not inserted into the liquid (empty load), otherwise it will damage the transducer or ultrasonic generator.

2. The amount of cell fragmentation, duration, and power output for various types of cells need to be determined by users through further exploration and selection of accurate values based on different types of cells.

3. The jaw crusher adopts a non power frequency transformer switch power supply. Do not touch it randomly after opening the generator casing to prevent electric shock. This instrument has reliable performance and is generally not easily damaged.

4. When crushing, due to the cavitation effect of waves in the liquid, the temperature of the liquid will quickly rise. It is recommended to use short time (no more than 5 seconds each time) multiple crushing, and at the same time, ice bath cooling can be added or this low-temperature circulation pump can be selected.

5. The value displayed on the power meter is related to the voltage, the depth of the amplitude rod inserted into the liquid surface, and the concentration and consistency of the crushed sample under load. If the amplitude rod is inserted deeper into the liquid surface and the load concentration is higher, the displayed value may be slightly smaller, and vice versa.

6. Short term multiple work is more effective than continuous long-term work. To prevent liquid heating, a longer gap time can be set. Continuous long-term work can easily result in empty load and shorten the service life.
