4. The platform thrower should hold the lifeline with one hand and throw the lifebuoy in the downstream direction of the drowning person with the other hand. When there is no current and wind, it should be thrown in the upwind direction of the drowning person and should not hit the drowning person; You can also tie the lifeline to the guardrail and throw both hands into the lifebuoy at the same time;
